Event Terms and Conditions

1. Only one applicant per form can apply for the event. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
2. Application can be done online for 21K & 10K at [www.goamarathon.org](http://www.goamarathon.org).
3. Application can also be done through pre-printed application forms available at the Event Office.
4. Payment can be made via UPI/cash in the name of Bla Bla Bla Entertainment LLP and sent to the Event Office.
5. The last date for receipt of application forms at the Event Office/Online is 30th January 2026.
6. Application can be done offline at Goa Marathon Office:
   Valley View, Plot No. 98, Lane 10, Pilerno, Porvorim, Goa 403114.
7. An applicant must affix his/her latest coloured photograph on the application form (or attach a JPEG if registering online). The applicant’s face must be clearly visible in the photograph.
8. An entry form must be accompanied with requisite fees as per the race category, i.e. Rs. 1850/- for 21K Run, Rs. 1350/- for 10K Run, and Rs. 600/- for the 5Km Dream Run. A form received without the correct fee or no fee will be rejected.
9. For entry acceptance, the ‘Disclaimer’ must be signed. If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, his/her guardian must also sign the disclaimer and write his/her relation with the applicant on the form.
10. Entries not accepted: Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, an amount of Rs. 200 will be deducted as processing charges.
11. Entry Cancellation/Refunds: Any fee discrepancy must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post *30th January 2026*.
12. *BIB Expo* for collection of running bibs and timing chips will be held at *Campal Beach Resort* from 5th, 6th & 7th February 2026.
13. For BIB collection, carry acknowledgement slip/printout of the email confirmation sent by us/printout of website confirmation.
14. Authorized representatives to carry – Original acceptance letter, Signed authorization letter from confirmed participant, photocopy of photo-identity proof (of the confirmed participant), e.g. Aadhaar card, Passport, PAN card, Election card, or Driving license.
15. Participants are encouraged to raise pledges either offline or online by creating an online fund-raising page on [www.goamarathon.org](http://www.goamarathon.org).
16. Complimentary official Goa Marathon T-shirts will be provided to all participants registered for the Half Marathon (21 Km) and 10K Run (10 Km) categories.
17. Participants registered under the Dream Run (5 km) category may opt to purchase the official event T-shirt at a price of ?500 during registration by selecting the ‘Buy Merchandise’ option at checkout.
18. The 5 km Dream Run will feature a special Costume Segment, allowing participants to run in creative or themed attire. The participant showcasing the most outstanding and entertaining costume will be recognized with a special award

DISCLAIMER

1. I am fully aware of and appreciate that training for and running a marathon may result in serious risk (accidents, injuries, or death).
2. I am voluntarily participating in the Goa Marathon 2026 with complete knowledge of the associated risks, and I agree to accept responsibility for all above risks. I also acknowledge that Goa Marathon does not offer any formal marathon training program.
3. By signing this Waiver and Release, I declare that I am medically able, properly trained, physically fit, and capable of participating in a marathon, and that my medical care provider has approved my participation.
4. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the Goa Marathon 2026.
5. I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf.
6. I agree to release and hold harmless the Goa Marathon team and Bla Bla Bla Entertainment LLP from any liability arising during participation.
7. I hereby grant my consent and permission to Goa Marathon, its Partner organizations, and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application, and/or my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice, or likeness for any purpose, including pre-race and post-race publicity.
8. I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understood its contents.
9. If I am under 18 years of age at the time of registration, my parents or legal guardian have fully read, understood, and consented to the terms of this Waiver and Release and by signature below authorize my participation.
10. By signing this Waiver, I have indicated that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Waiver and Release above.
