Rules / Event Conditions for BK Marathon

1. Eligibility

The event is open to all registered participants only.

Participants must register before the deadline to be eligible.

2. Reporting Time

All participants must report at least 30 minutes before the start time.

Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate.

3. Health & Safety

Participants must be physically fit to run.

Anyone feeling unwell during the run should immediately inform the event volunteers.

The organizers are not responsible for any health issues or injuries during the event.

3. Route Compliance

Participants must follow the designated route only.

Shortcuts or route violations will result in disqualification.

4. Discipline

Participants must follow instructions given by organizers and volunteers.

Misconduct or indiscipline may lead to disqualification.

5. Age Categories

Participants must compete only in their registered age category.

Proof of age may be required if requested.

6. Environment Responsibility

Do not litter. Use designated dustbins.

Help keep the environment clean.

7. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the event.

Organizers reserve the right to use them for promotional purposes.

8. Organizer’s Decision

The decision of the organizers will be final and binding.
